Out-rides
Bridled paths criss-cross the estate offering the opportunity to get up close with the resident wildlife within the fenced-off perimeter of the estate.
Longer rides take you through lush sugar cane on neighbouring farms. The right of access to the entire 78-hectare estate will be entrenched in perpetuity in the rights of the estate home owners.

Facilities
The estate provides stabling, paddocks, an arena and a lunge ring. The Horse Owners Committee is responsible for the management of the horses, meaning you can stay very involved with your horses, but have peace of mind when away on holiday.

A maximum of 12 horses can be accommodated on the estate.

Horse owners are required to purchase a stable and paddock lease at R60 000 per horse. This capital investment pays for a stable, fenced paddock, shared tack and storage room, a larger than dressage-size grass arena and lunge ring. No profits accrue to the development company from horse related infrastr

ucture.

The management of the communal stables and the grazing of horses in paddocks is managed by the Horse Owners Committee. A monthly levy is charged to horse owners to cover monthly expenses.
The day-to-day management of the horses is the responsibility of the Estate Manager. These services include:
• The cleaning and preparation of communal stables
• The grooming of communally stabled horses
• The management of all grazing.
No veterinary, dental or farrier services will be provided.
